BWA delivers the resources of a 25-year background in sales, marketing and special event production. Additionally BWA offers unique insights from working with web business and Internet marketing since 1995.

During the Internet boom days in San Francisco BWA was focused on producing technology business networking events. BWA produced 415TECH™ The Largest Regional Networking Event for Internet, IT and Communications Professionals - quarterly from 1999 to 2001. The SF Web Business Mixer was produced by BWA monthly from 1997 to 2001 as well as the Internet and Music Business Mixer from 1999 to 2001 in San Francisco. Under the name of "The Key Network" BWA also produced networking lunches that connected entrepreneurs with VCs and Angel investors. Brian Webster was also the managing partner of 415TECH Media LLC., which published San Francisco's Dot Com Directory in August of 2000.

Brian Webster is the firm's director and executive producer. Brian is originally from New York and has been producing events for over a dozen years in San Francisco. He is active as a community organizer in both business and civic areas. His professional fields of interest are communications technology, education, media, music, marketing, Social Business and socially responsible business. Prior to starting BWA, Brian was the Corporate Relations Manager for the Association of Internet Professionals.

Brian Webster is also the founder and communications manager of Sound Action, a Virtual Consultancy Team based in San Francisco.

Brian is a member of Sign Display & Allied Crafts Local Union No. 510 which represents Bay Area Trade Show and Convention Installers and Exhibit Builders, as well as Sign Painters.

Brian is developing a new social enterprise and citizen's campaign called Human Race Day. It is inspired by Sport Aid and focused on creating political will to meet the Millennium Development Goals.

Brian has been active producing videoconferences to promote the idea of the Interactive Plaza - public spaces with large screen interactive global videoconferencing that are free and open to the public.

BWA is involved with several non-profit and NGO groups working on global and local social problem solving. The firm has a special interest in the partnering of businesses and non-profit groups in mutually beneficial relationships.
